Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa Young Professional Training Program. Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa offers a highly successful 1-year Training Program for graduates from diverse fields of study. This program provides young professionals with a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience and training. We are currently seeking an graduates, who demonstrates the following attributes and behaviours:Â

•    Committed to excellence
•    Collaborative team player
- Applicants are required to have successfully completed their Degree in their discipline with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
- Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
- Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35.
Applications will only be considered if they are complete with ALL of the following documents attached:
- Detailed CV
- Copy of ID Document
- Copy of Matric Certificate
- Copy of all University Academic Transcripts
- Qualification Certificate(s)
