EnterpriseNGR Youths of Enterprise is an initiative owned by EnterpriseNGR to recruit and upskill 5,000 youths annually, matching them with their partner organisations for a high-value six-month internship. The youth of enterprise internship programme is a paid six-month programme that offers nigerian youth the perfect opportunity to re-invent themselves and “greenstart” their careers.

Youth of Enterprise (YOE) Internship Programme is one of EnterpriseNGR’s immediate developmental initiatives that aims to address the national youth unemployment and under-employment trends as well as build capacity in the private sector.
The National Population Commission places Nigeria’s population at about 220 million with 50% of the population comprising youth. Unfortunately, over 42% of Nigerian youth remain unemployed and a larger percentage are underemployed (Source: Nigerian Bureau of Statistics).
With the YOE Internship Programme, EnterpriseNGR seeks to improve the employability of Nigerian youth and position them for success in the workplace.
