The new Rural Roads Specification system will be discussed during this workshop. It will emphasise the new documentation generated for the design, building, and maintenance of low-volume sealed and unsealed roads. New reference documents, such as the Design reference and checklists, Construction reference and schedules, TECHguides, TECHreports, and TECHnotes, will be reviewed in order to assist rural councils in developing their own specifications in-house.
